Support to tour operators of 30,000 euros in the postseason

The Tourist Organization of the Municipality of Budva has announced a public invitation for tour operators and agencies, to obtain support in the realization of overnight stays in individual accommodation of tourists, from priority emitting markets.

The support is for the period from September 15 to December 15, 2021, and the goal is to achieve a higher degree of capacity utilization of private publishers in the post-season period. According to the TO Budva, the total amount of allocated funds is 30,000 euros.

Priority emitting markets are Germany, Great Britain, Russia, Austria, Poland, France, Belarus, Israel, Italy, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and China.

The funds will be allocated to cover part of the costs of overnight stays of tourists from the mentioned emitting markets in individual accommodation on the territory of the municipality of Budva.

«Individual accommodation means accommodation facilities that provide accommodation services in households (individual accommodation) tourist accommodation, ie the so-called 'private accommodation'), which according to the Law on Tourism mean accommodation units with a maximum of 20 beds and whose owners are natural persons. Beneficiaries of support can be tour operators who have their representative offices in Montenegro, bringing tourists from priority emitting markets and have concluded agreements with registered issuers of individual accommodation in the municipality of Budva who have fiscalized their business, as well as travel agencies-intermediaries from Montenegro who have a contract with tour operators who bring tourists from priority emitting markets and have concluded agreements with registered issuers individual accommodation on the territory of the municipality of Budva, explained in TO Budva.
