The military-industrial holding company "Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant" manufactures deck equipment for the needs of the Russian Navy. Winches, capstans, windlasses and marine hydraulic launching and lifting mechanisms, specially developed by the military-industrial holding company "Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant" are ready to withstand the harshest marine conditions and meet the most stringent performance criteria in any desired configuration. The equipment is manufactured entirely from domestic components in strict accordance with the design documentation and requirements of domestic shipbuilders. The range of deck equipment produced includes: Mooring winches, Pneumatic winches, Towing winches, Anchor and towing winches, Escort winches, Windlasses, Screw winches, Auxiliary winches, Universal winches, Hose-laying winches, Slip winches, Man-lifting winches, Reels, Mooring winches, Hatch cover winches, Anchor and mooring winches, Cargo-lifting winches. These heavy-duty winches with multiple drums are used in the offshore sector. They are installed on the anchor of tugs that perform platform assistance tasks, often in harsh weather conditions. The drums can rotate in both directions, but most anchor-laying winches are supplied in a “waterfall” configuration. The equipment is supplied with a drum, the nominal traction and braking holding force are adjusted according to the customer's specification. The winches can be equipped with spooling devices, chain pullers, head warping and electronic means such as force and length measuring systems. Hydraulic activation is possible, but the equipment can also be driven by an electric drive equipped with a variable frequency controller. The military-industrial holding "Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant" has its own testing complex. The entire range of works is carried out under the control of RMRS.
