Laser scanner for ladle lining thickness Ldt-l200

    Overview LDT-L200 is a new generation of ladle lining thickness gauge released by our company. The system equipment emits a pulsed laser beam onto the surface of the ladle lining and receives the reflected laser beam to measure its travel time. The system hardware then calculates the distance between the hardware and the target point based on the laser transmission speed. During measurement, the user pushes the equipment to a certain measurement point on the platform in front of the bucket, and the equipment can start scanning and measuring the target area of the bucket after the equipment performs quick self-positioning. Measurement Principle The LDT-L200's measurement speed can reach 2,000,000 points per second, and distance data of more than 1.5 million points can be obtained with each scan. The actual surface curve of the entire ladle lining can be obtained by combining the measurement data at different positions. During measurement, the laser head of the equipment is rotated by a certain step, which allows you to quickly change the angle of the pulsed laser beam. Within 1 minute, a three-dimensional contour of the ladle lining surface can be formed, and information about the thickness of the furnace lining can be obtained through coordinate transformation calculation. Measurement accuracy up to ±2 mm. To accurately calculate the thickness of the lining in the ladle, a laser thickness gauge measuring head is installed at the ladle repair site. By moving the lifting swing arm, the laser scanning head will move to the intersection position during measurement, and the relative position of the laser head relative to the bucket mouth will be calculated during installation. Through mathematical modeling, laser scanning can provide a complete 3D picture of the thickness of the entire ladle lining. Main components 1. Laser measuring head 2. Fixed laser thickness gauge 3.
