In June, 277.47 thousand overnight stays

In Montenegro, 69.92 thousand tourist arrivals and 277.47 thousand overnight stays were realized in collective accommodation in June, according to preliminary data from Monstat.

«Out of the total number of overnight stays in collective accommodation, 86.2 percent were realized by foreign tourists, and 13.8 percent by domestic tourists,» it is stated in the announcement.

In the structure of overnight stays by types of tourist places in June, the highest number of overnight stays was realized in coastal places 92.4 percent, in the capital five percent, in mountain places 1.6 percent and in other tourist places and other places one percent.

Collective accommodation does not include individual, so-called private accommodation — accommodation in houses and rooms for rent, as well as in tourist apartments.

Collective accommodation refers to hotels, resorts, boarding houses, motels, tourist resorts, resorts, hostels and camps.
