The summer tourist season in Herceg Novi exceeded all previously projected expectations, although there was less tourist traffic in relation to the total number of guests, said the President of the Herceg Novi Municipality, Stevan Katic.

Veliki Pijesak is extremely attractive to tourists from the surrounding countries this tourist season.

The Tourist Organization of the Municipality of Budva has announced a public invitation for tour operators and agencies, to obtain support in the realization of overnight stays in individual accommodation of tourists, from priority emitting markets.

There are 10,082 registered guests in the Kotor municipality, 1,525 in hotel accommodation, 8,323 in private, 57 in camps and 177 in hostels, according to the Tourist Organization of Kotor.

Since June 22, the walls of Kotor have been visited by over 25 thousand tourists, and the income from ticket sales amounted to 201.57 thousand euros.

The President of the Municipality of Herceg Novi, Stevan Katic, announced that the city budget for this year is projected to be almost 16 million euros, and the realization is currently 60 percent.

Žabljak is filled almost to the last place these days. The local Tourist Organization believes that, if the epidemiological situation allows, the record from 2019 will be broken.

This year, the municipality of Ulcinj is in the epicenter of not only Montenegrin, but also regional tourism, which is the result of promotion and intensive work of local authorities.
